01 Conference Background
With the rapid development of big data and artificial intelligence technologies, corpora have become an important support for Korean linguistic research, Korean second language teaching, and Korean Studies. In order to bring together research forces in Korean corpora, Korean language education, and Korean Studies worldwide, build an international academic exchange platform, promote the co-construction and sharing of Korean corpus resources, and deepen innovation in Korean language education and interdisciplinary Korean Studies, the Institute of Linguistic Sciences of Shanghai International Studies University is specially organizing this academic conference. The conference will invite experts and scholars from China, South Korea, Japan, Europe and the United States, Southeast Asia, and other countries and regions to gather in Shanghai to discuss the future development of the discipline.
